Upon confirmation of your Powder Deluxe booking at The Lodge At Annupuri, we will assist you with recommendations for flights to and from Sapporo, Japan.
• You will be met on arrival by our representative at Sapporo Chitose airport. Representative will assist/accompany by private shuttle for the drive up to Annupuri where you begin your adventure. Return Annupuri-Sapporo transfers are included in package price. The management and guides at The Lodge At Annupuri will arrange all your transfers and make sure you arrive on time everytime!

Your tour itinerary is set out for you below. We strongly recommend you read all information provided especially the “Terms and Conditions Of Travel”. If any information is incorrect, please notify us AS
AP so we can amend and re-issue a new itinerary. Please print a copy to take with you on your trip and leave one with your family. You must also complete the “Personal Information” file and return this to us at the above address (either by email or post) before your departure. Day 1:
13:00
- Arrive All Nippon Airways from Tokyo.
- Met by our Guide.
- Private shuttle transfer to Annupuri.
15:00*
- Shuttle arrives at The Lodge At Annupuri.
- Met by Lodge staff and Management.
- Check in, orientation and then prepare for afternoon/night ride.
- Next 11 nights spent in heated accommodation at The Lodge At Annupuri and your days riding the many different trails and resorts in the area.
- The Lodge At Annupuri provides breakfast and dinner, snacks, coffee and tea. Soft drink, beer and spirits are available for purchase at the lodge at bar prices.
- Use of all equipment and facilities at the lodge including DVD with a selection of movies, magazines, Satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet connection, books, laundry service, waxing equipment and much more.
- All resort and town transfers included.

* Please be aware that the simple volume of snow falling in Hokkaido means that sometimes flights may be delayed or transfers take longer than expected. Whilst every effort is made to avoid these delays, the fact that safety comes first means some transfers may take longer than others.
